Critter Care may be the answer for you!

CritterCare is a fantastic programme, aimed at providing the best quality preventative and routine care, while spreading the cost over the year.

The main focus of this programme is to help our clients afford the best possible care for their pet, while increasing vaccination compliance and decreasing preventable disease outbreaks such as parvovirus.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROGRAMME

Generally speaking, what you see is what you get.

There is no restriction on preventative products and foods etc. and there is no restriction on the number of consultations per membership.

In the extremely unfortunate event that a CritterCare patient passes away

you are still required to pay the balance due on services already rendered and discounts applied up to the $600 fee - you are not required to pay anything beyond your yearly fee.

Afterhours consultation fees are not included in the programme

They are paid in full as stated on our answering machine.  However, there is still a 10% discount on medical treatment performed afterhours.

You may cancel your programme within the first 60 days.

You will be obligated to pay for services and/or discounts received beyond the $116.00 initial payment fee, plus any payments received via direct debit.  If your products and services used are less than what you have paid, we will gladly refund the difference.  If you cancel your membership after 60 days, no refund will be issued.

 

Only the enrolled pet is covered by the plan.

If you have two pets, and you have only signed one of them up, you will still pay for all treatments, consults and medications in full. You are encouraged to sign up all of your pets, but please understand that as this is already a significantly discounted programme, no further discounts will apply.
